1. breakfast should happen every hour
2. dinner should be twice as much
3. when not sleeping, it's best to be eating

5. i'm not sure which existential monadic premise is most convincing: the universe is a complexly interconnected infinite field in motion, or the indivisible base particles of existence are discrete units of being. maybe it can be both?
6. with enough treats, one could be happy forever
